Zhiwan Cheung

This performance takes inspiration from a collection of songs by the same name. These songs, written largely during the Great Depression and pre-globalization, attempt to commemorate memories of death, destruction, and disaster. At a time when technology seems to blot out the hardships of the world, we tend to forget our fragile relationship with nature.
